Caterer prepares meals in a nut-free facility. Meaning, Caterer does not knowingly permit nuts to be brought into the facility. However, the manufacturing companies from which Caterer purchases nut-free ingredients may also process nuts at their facilities. As a result, ingredients could be subject to cross-contamination with nuts during the manufacturing process. In addition, the manufacturing companies have the right to change product formulas without notice to Caterer. As a result, while Caterer exercises extreme caution in the preparation of allergen meals, Caterer cannot eliminate all risks of contamination. Due to this, Caterer recommends that parents pack lunch if their child has a severe allergen(s).
