Hours and Pay: 

  • Full Time
    • Monday – Friday 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Hourly Rate w/ Paid Leave package
  • 401 K and Health Insurance

Location:

  • Lorton

Primary responsibilities:

  • Prepare Pans and Pan Data (Tape Pans)
  • Ensure Usage/Accuracy in daily Production of Supplied Prep Documents
    • Care and Accuracy in Allergy Data and Prep Notations
  • Produce Prep
    • Salad Bar Production
    • Assorted Fruit Production
  • Deli Prep
    • Sandwich Bar Production
      • Slicing Deli Meat, Cheeses, Toppings, etc.
  • Dessert and Dessert Bar Prep
  • Bag and Box Lunch Prep & Execution
  • Maintaining Food Safety
  • Ensuring First in First Out (FIFO)
  • Cleaning Work Area
    • Running Dish Machine
    • Putting Away Clean Dishes/Equipment
  • Assist in Special Order Prep or Hot Side Duties (as needed)

  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Must Speak & Read English, Bilingual a +
  • Food Handling Certification a +
