Kitchen Prep: Job Description
Hours and Pay:
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Hourly Rate w/ Paid Leave package
- 401 K and Health Insurance
Location:
- Lorton
Primary responsibilities:
- Prepare Pans and Pan Data (Tape Pans)
- Ensure Usage/Accuracy in daily Production of Supplied Prep Documents
- Care and Accuracy in Allergy Data and Prep Notations
- Produce Prep
- Salad Bar Production
- Assorted Fruit Production
- Deli Prep
- Sandwich Bar Production
- Slicing Deli Meat, Cheeses, Toppings, etc.
- Sandwich Bar Production
- Dessert and Dessert Bar Prep
- Bag and Box Lunch Prep & Execution
- Maintaining Food Safety
- Ensuring First in First Out (FIFO)
- Cleaning Work Area
- Running Dish Machine
- Putting Away Clean Dishes/Equipment
- Assist in Special Order Prep or Hot Side Duties (as needed)
