Snow Policy: on day two of consecutive closed days, we will credit 100% of the meals ordered for the second day through our IT company.
Field Trips - Illness: Please let us know with 48 hours prior notice for a field trip, and will issue credits should a field trip pop up. A credit for an extended illness is also available. If your child is sick and you are aware that they will be out for an extended period we can issue a credit 48 hours or 2 business days after the notification.
Refunds for unexpected absences are typically made within two business days.
